Can I view the facilities?

Yes, we invite you to come view our kennels and cattery so you can see where your pet(s) will be staying while you’re away. Please feel free to bring your dog(s) with you when you come.

What do I need to bring?

Your pet’s up to date vaccination record and any medication if required.
We provide food, bowls, leads, bedding, treats & bones but please feel free to bring any special diet, treats, dog jacket, a favourite bed/blanket or toys. (see dogs – cats)

What are the vaccination requirements?

All pets must be up to date with their vaccination at least two weeks before arrival.
Dogs: V5 / Combo (once in 3 years) + Canine Cough, every year (see dogs)
Cats: Felocell3, once in 3 years (see cats)

How do you exercise the dogs?

We have eight spacious gardens where the dogs can play, run and socialize during
the day. They will be outside for at least 6-7 hours per day, weather depending.
Some kennels have access to the gardens all day long or have their own garden.

Do you offer discount for long term?

We may offer a discount for a long term booking – 30 days and over – in negotiation.

When and how do I pay?

You can pay on arrival, at pick-up or beforehand by internet banking.
We welcome your payment by Eftpos, cash or online banking. (see prices)

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Only long-term bookings and bookings between the 20th of December and the 7th of February require a deposit. You will receive a confirmation form with the details.
The remaining balance can be paid when collecting your pet(s).

What are your opening hours and how do I find you?

We open from 8.00-10.00 AM and from 4.00-6.00 PM daily.
We’re closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Can I come out of hours?

We ask you to adhere to the opening times to minimize the disturbance of the animals, but if you have special requirements please call us to make an appointment.
Please note that there is an extra charge for out of hour appointments.

Is it a problem when my pet:

No problem! Your pet(s) will get our individual attention for as long at it takes to make them feel comfortable, safe and happy while they stay with us.
