Grooming

Because the Four Foot Lodge management wants to offer extensive services, it is possible to have your
dog bathed before he or she goes home, looking tidy and smelling all nice and fresh. It takes the stress 
out of doing it yourself in your own bathroom, getting wetter than the dog and having hair and water
all over your house.

But it goes much further than just a bath:
We also provide grooming services for owners 
who want their dog to be combed regularly or 
even clipped, hand stripped and/or scissored.

Krista is a skilled, qualified, dog-friendly groomer,
with running her own Grooming Centre for 
10 years, she is experienced in grooming a large
variety of breeds.

Of course your dog does not need to have a posh
pedigree to be groomed! A cross with longer hair
is much easier to keep clean and tidy at home
when it is being groomed regularly.

Less brushing and combing, no de-matting, less shedding... it's all for the comfort of the dog and the convenience of the owner.

What kind of model is possible, is far more dependent on the type of coat the dog has. You would probably be surprised to see what we can do with many types of (longer haired) crossbreeds. 
You might have an idea yourself, or want to leave it to the imagination of the groomer. 
She will definitely make your dog look good!
