Arrival and departure days

The first day will be charged as a full day regardless of your chosen check-in-time as we need to have the kennel prepared for your pet(s).

The last day will be charged half if booked out by 10.00 AM – full day after 10.00 AM.

Discount for long term stay

Long term booking – 30 days and over – in negotiation.

Not applicable during school & public holidays.

Deposit

Long-term bookings and bookings made for the period between the 20th of December and the 7th of February will receive a confirmation form and have to be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount within 14 working days or the booking will be revoked.

The remaining balance can be paid when collecting your pet(s).

Cancellation Fee

We charge a percentage of the value of the booking as a cancellation fee, based on the time of cancellation.

• for a booking outside the school & public holidays – 50%, if cancelled  within 4 days before arrival.
• for a booking during school & public holidays – 100%, if cancelled within 6 days before arrival.

Out of Hours Fee

• out of hours appointment & un-announced interruptions: $ 40.00
